Will I receive the same product as shown in the images?

Yes, you will receive the same product as shown in the images. We believe in transparency and will never misrepresent any of our products.

How many days will it take for the product to reach me?

We will update you the estimated delivery time when we process your order depending on your location. Normally it takes 7-10 days for the order to get delivered. Please note there have been times the orders have been delivered in a day too.

Where can I view the Sales receipt/Invoice?

You can view the Sales receipt/Invoice in the orders section of your account.

How do I place a refund/exchange request?

You can do the same from the orders section of your account or you can simply write to us on orders@beddingloom.com

The item I am looking for is ‘Out of Stock’. When will it be back in Stock?

We are always working round the clock to have our products back in stock. You can subscribe to our newsletter or send an enquiry using the form on this page so that we can update you once the product you are looking for us back in stock.

What is the return/exchange procedure?

We will provide you the shipping address where you need to ship the return or exchange items. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs and hence you can choose any service provider of your choice. We can always help you get a discounted return shipping rate from our shipping partners to help assist you in the same.

What if the product I received was defective/faulty/wrong?

In such case we will cover the return shipping of the product and will also provide you with an exchange of the right product if you wish to or process a refund, depending on your choice.
